The Special Reconnaissance Regiment (SRR) are the eyes and ears of the community, providing real time Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Aquisition and Recconnaissance (ISTAR) in support of current operations. Some of the tasks the SRR carry out consist of Observation Posts (OP's), reconnaissance patrols, close target reconnaissance (CTR's), operating ground and air autonomous vehicles and acting as observers on reconnaissance flights. Candidates should be intelligent, diligent and have clear communication skills.

 

Selection is on hold, candidates who succesfully pass selection into the SAS will be offered the chance to transfer at a later date.
